2025年2月24日，我在高雄榮總看直腸外科的診，看2月18日照大腸鏡切片的病理檢查報告。

2月18日照大腸鏡後，吳醫師的助手幫我掛了二星期後3月3日的診，後來，我在健保快易通的網站，查到了切片病理檢查的報告，我想，既然報告出來了，應該可以看報告，所以，我自己上網掛了今天，2月14日的門診。

健保快易通的檢查報告，都是英文的（如下），我請ChatGPT幫我翻譯，以下為高榮檢驗室對二粒切片的中英文內容；

第一粒檢體：

Pathological diagnosis: Transverse colon, 50 cm from anal verge, colonoscopic polypectomy --- Tubular adenoma with low grade dysplasia Gross: The specimen consists of one piece of gray white soft tissue, measuring 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.1 cm. The entire specimen is embedded in one block. 病理診斷：橫結腸（距離肛門50公分），結腸鏡息肉切除術 —— 管狀腺瘤伴低度異型增生。

大體檢查：檢體為一塊灰白色軟組織，尺寸為0.3 × 0.3 × 0.1 公分。整個檢體嵌入於一個石蠟塊中。

顯微鏡檢查：組織切片顯示管狀腺瘤，呈現結腸黏膜組織，其中包含異常腺體，具有偽分層上皮，顯示核異常，並排列成管狀結構。

Pathological diagnosis: Rectum, 10 cm from anal verge, colonoscopic polypectomy --- Hyperplastic polyp Gross: The specimen consists of one piece of gray white soft tissue, measuring 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.1 cm. The entire specimen is submitted in one block. Microscopy: The sections of the specimen show mucosal tissue with elongation, tortuosity and dilation of glands in sawtooth configuration. The stroma shows edematous change, patchy fibrosis and inflammatory cell infiltrate. Dysplasia is absent.

大體檢查：檢體為一塊灰白色軟組織，尺寸為0.3 × 0.3 × 0.1 公分。整個檢體嵌入於一個石蠟塊中。

顯微鏡檢查：組織切片顯示黏膜組織，腺體呈鋸齒狀排列，伴有延長、扭曲及擴張。基質顯示水腫變化、局部纖維化及炎性細胞浸潤。未見異型增生。

吳醫師門診時，跟我說二粒都是良性，因為我上次是3年前照的大腸鏡，所以，吳醫師跟我說3年後再來找他。我問吳醫師有什麼需要注意的地方嗎？他回答沒有，一切正常作息即可。

結論是；3年後再來找吳醫師，至於還要不要再做一次大腸鏡？還真無法確定呢！
